EIGW.org 7-Step Programme for greater physical performance

Physical performance is the foundation for everything we want to achieve. The EIGW 7-Step Programme shows seven universally applicable principles — starting with good water.

The key message

Physical performance is the foundation for everything we want to achieve. Those who feel powerful, clear and energised not only live healthier — they work better, think sharper and enjoy life more. The EIGW 7-Step Programme shows seven simple, universally applicable principles to build your performance step by step. No expensive products, no complicated plans — just fundamentals you can integrate into your daily life from today. It starts with the most important: good water.

Universal principles — not product recommendations

The 7-Step Programme consists of principles that apply to every person — regardless of brands, products or providers. We explain what works and why. What you do with it is your decision.

Those looking for support in practical implementation will find it in the SYN-ART movement, which cooperates with EIGW. More on this at the end of this article.

A few terms upfront — briefly explained

Phytonutrients

"Phyto" means plant. Phytonutrients are valuable substances from plants — such as the pigments in berries or vegetables. The deep red of a tomato, the blue of a blueberry — these are plant compounds that act protectively in the body.

Antioxidants

Substances that protect the body from "oxidation" — just as lemon juice keeps a sliced apple bright, antioxidants protect our cells from "rusting".

Lymphatic system

The body's "waste disposal" — a network of fine channels that transports waste products out of tissue. It has no pump of its own and only flows through movement.

Conductivity / Microsiemens (µS)

A measure of water quality: it shows how many substances are dissolved in the water. The lower, the purer the water.

Why physical performance carries everything else

Imagine two people. Both have the same goals, the same skills, the same opportunities. One wakes up energised in the morning, is focused all day and still feels fit in the evening. The other drags through the day, fights fatigue and is exhausted by evening. Who will be more likely to achieve their goals?

The answer is clear. Physical performance is not a luxury — it is the foundation on which everything else is built. Professional success, good decisions, creativity, resilience, even the joy of life's pleasures: all of this presupposes a body that cooperates. Those who are constantly tired, lacking drive or ill cannot realise their potential — no matter how talented or ambitious.

This is exactly where the 7-Step Programme comes in. It is not primarily about avoiding illness. It is about building something: energy, clarity, resilience, joie de vivre. Physical performance as the foundation for a fulfilling, successful life.

The 7 Steps at a glance

1. Ideal Water

The foundation: pure, low-mineralised water with conductivity 10–90 µS.

2. Movement

Regular physical activity activates the lymphatic system and stimulates metabolism.

3. De-acidification

Reducing acidifying foods and habits. Ideal water supports de-acidification naturally.

4. Detoxification

Pure water transports toxins out. Sauna, movement and nutrition support this.

5. Nutrition

Nutrient-rich, phytonutrient-rich foods — colourful, natural, unprocessed.

6. Regeneration

Sleep, recovery, stress management. Without regeneration, all other steps lose their effect.

7. Performance Optimisation

Targeted supplementation and individual measures based on the six foundations.

Step 1: Ideal Water — why water comes first

Water is not just a beverage. It is the body's most important transport medium. Every nutrient, every hormone, every signal in the body travels via water. And when the water is too heavily mineralised — as is typical German tap water at 480–1,000+ µS — the transport capacity decreases.

The EIGW recommendation: Ideal water has a conductivity between 10 and 90 µS. The Trink Dich Fit water station from Ideal Water is currently a solution that — based on EIGW measurements — optimises all three Vincent parameters (conductivity, pH, redox) simultaneously. For comparison: Plose, Lauretana, Voss.

Steps 2–7: the complete system

Step 2 — Movement: 30 minutes of daily movement is enough to activate the lymphatic system. No gym required — walking, cycling, stairs.

Step 3 — De-acidification: Reducing acidifying foods (sugar, white flour, alcohol) and increasing alkaline foods (vegetables, sprouts, herbs).

Step 4 — Detoxification: Pure water, sauna, intermittent fasting. The body needs regular phases in which it can cleanse itself.

Step 5 — Nutrition: Colourful, natural, unprocessed. The emphasis is on phytonutrients — the protective pigments in plants — and high-quality fats, especially omega-3.

Step 6 — Regeneration: 7–9 hours of sleep. Regular recovery phases. Stress management. Without regeneration, all other steps lose their effect within weeks.

Step 7 — Targeted performance optimisation: Only when the first six steps are in place does targeted supplementation make sense: omega-3, vitamin D, magnesium, individual measures based on your specific values.

📌 The principle behind all 7 steps

Each step builds on the previous one. Water is the thread running through all seven — as a transport medium, as a foundation for de-acidification and detoxification, as a prerequisite for all cellular processes.
